DCCA is continuing its popular fundraiser with three fantastic events scheduled this season.  The format will remain the same; Keith will line up a great jazz band, Aaron and Michelle Cox will prepare exceptional hors d'oeuvres and offer four wines for tasting, and unique door prizes will round out the evening.

A DCCAdent Event - The Greenville Country Club is hosting an open-to-the-public Wine Tasting Dinner and Dance fundraiser for Darke County Center for the Arts on Friday, September 19, 2008 at 6:30 pm.  Following a gourmet dinner prepared by chef Ewe Knebelsberger and wine pairings from Castoro Cellars, Paso Robles, California, Unsung Heroes, a dance band from Columbus, will entice folks to the dance floor.  Tickets are $65 and may be purchased at the Greenville Country Club, Readmore's Hallmark, or the DCCA office in the Greenville Public Library.  Call 937-547-0908 for more information.

GHOST WALK

October 24,25,26, 2008

7:30 - 9:00 p.m.
Ghostwalk is expanding this year to include Arcanum's own tales of the unknown.  Groups will form simultaneously at St. Clari Memorial Hall in Greenville and at the Arcanum City Building; local actors will guide folks through the towns sharing stories that are based on Rita Arnold's books Ghosts of Darke County.  Discounted tickets will be available to those who want to experience both walks, making the most of a haunted weekend.  Tickets are $10 and are available in October at Ann's Gifts and Readmore's Hallmark in Greenville, Worch Memorial Public Library in Versailles, or call DCCA in advance at 937-547-0908.
